learn to rest (un)intensive

Work with Melinda twice a week for 4 weeks to active the rest and digest state of your body.

If you feel completely frazzled, unable to cope, sleep, or feel calm within your body, this work is for you.

Each week, you will see Melinda 2 times. One session will be for Restorative Yoga where you will feel comforted, grounded, relaxed, and safe. The second session will be for Reiki energy work, and discussion about resources you can with you as you learn to integrate this calm state into your daily life.

To go slow is to go fast. Without proper rest and alignment, our bodies will simply decide when to crash and when to “rest.” It is better to be in control of that process and work with your sovereign and sacred body to rest throughout your life and fully integrate the parts of you that feel unworthy or out of control.
